Director of Engineering
This position will Manage the day-to-day activities of Engineering and Maintenance associates that engage in the operation and maintenance of our properties and various third-party property management accounts. In addition, it will ensure efficient building operations, tenant satisfaction, and maximum equipment life for the properties. It is further responsible for the equipment preventative maintenance program, prompt completion of tenant service requests, and to perform various monthly quality inspections. This position will also supervise assigned capital projects as required and develop, implement, conduct, and manage a companywide safety training program for all engineering and maintenance associates.
We are currently seeking a full-time Security Officer to maintain a high visual profile to deter criminal behavior. This position will observe, report and respond, according to company policy, to incidents affecting public safety, personal property, customer service and building facilities to safeguard customers, merchants and center property. The position will also provide general customer assistance.
Security Console Operator/Security
We are currently seeking a Security Console Operator to serve as the main receiving point for emergency and non-emergency notifications and information. This position will monitor the fire/life safety systems for five occupied office buildings, three garages, one parking lot and various other owned and managed properties.
Concierge/Security – San Francisco Tower
We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time Concierge to serve as the property ambassador and primary point of contact. This position observes, reports, and responds to incidents affecting public safety, personal property, and building facilities. It exists to ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. It also acts as liaison between residents and property management and must maintain an in-depth knowledge of building processes and operations.
Maintenance Engineer – Downtown Properties
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer with commercial high-rise office building experience to maintain the appearance and mechanical requirements of assigned facilities to ensure tenant satisfaction. This position will respond to tenant calls in a commercial environment regarding emergency and maintenance issues such as alarms, power outages, temperature problems, plumbing fixtures and door issues , changing lights/ballasts/breakers, minor drywall repair, painting, flooring and ceiling repairs. This position will be on-call for emergency situations.
We are currently seeking an HVAC Maintenance Engineering Supervisor with commercial high-rise office building experience for our office buildings in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience responding to tenant calls in the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and both pneumatic and electronic building control systems. In addition, qualified candidates must have working knowledge of pumps, commercial air handling units and systems and chiller plant equipment. This position includes supervisory responsibility for the daily activities of 5-6 maintenance and building engineers. Must be able to perform various inspections and follow-up on deficiencies to improve and maintain the physical appearance and mechanical integrity of the property and promote positive tenant and customer relations.
